Innera provides educational and self-discovery tools designed for personal insight and informational purposes only.
- Tests are not medical, psychological, or clinical assessments
- Results are provided for educational and informational use only
- Innera does not provide professional, medical, or psychological advice
2. One-Time Digital Service
Innera offers a one-time digital service for test results.
- Users complete an online test
- A symbolic fee of €1 is charged
- Results are delivered digitally via email
3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council:
- Delivery of results begins immediately after payment
- The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply
- No refunds are provided once the test result has been delivered
4. Payments
- Prices are clearly displayed before payment
- Payments are processed securely through authorized providers
- No subscriptions or recurring charges apply
5. User Responsibilities
By using Innera, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Not misuse, exploit, or interfere with the platform or its functionality
6. Intellectual Property
All content, tests, branding, designs, and materials available on Innera are the exclusive property of Innera.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Innera is not responsible for decisions made based on test results
- No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, outcomes, or personal improvement
- Innera’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (€1)
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
